Yvonne Wiggins has a history of serving the public in healthcare organizations, public school systems, and faith-based institutions in the Washington, D. C. Metropolitan Area. She has acquired a vast number of skills and experience ranging from Patient Financial Services, Office Operations, Customer Service and
Communications, Writing, Problem Solving, Teaching and Leadership. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology and Sociology. She is also Licensed Minister. She is the creator and administrator of JOY Inspirational Blog which is designed to encourage women in all walks of life; founder and executive director of Lydia’s Project DC Outreach and Mentorship a community program serving young single mothers and children; a published author of several short devotional writings, and an entrepreneur of Flavored Words Writing Services. Yvonne understands the importance of establishing and keeping a healthy client and servicing relationships and delivering service at optimum level, always striving toward excellence.

Natalie M. Davis is a native Washingtonian. In the spring of 2020 she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of the District of Columbia, earning here Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She enjoys writing, reading a diverse genre of fictional literature (including fanfiction), and discovering/listening to all styles of music and foods. She is a freelance writer, blogger, booktuber, and soon to be primary school tutor. Most importantly, she has independently published two works of literature that are available on Amazon: A Contradictory Desire and The Diary She Never Wrote. A coming of age novel and a collection of pros, poems, and letters.
